Area of cultivation: Veneto

Soil: clay and calcareous, of volcanic origin

Harvest: at beggining of August, manual harvest in small cases

Winemaking: soft-pressing of grapes, cold decanting of the must before fermentation. Fermentation process at controlled temperature for approx. 5 days, followed by a period of decantation on the lees and finally racking the wine.

Alcoholic content: 12% Vol

Color: deep straw yellow with light gold nuances

Bouquet: little green note at the beginning, then fruity with citrus note.

Taste: full-bodied and elegant with a light note of ripe fruit

Pairing: very good as aperitif and with appetizers, soups, fish and white meats
