Società Agricola Caferro
Let’s go back to the end of 1800 to know the origin of this winery, when the grandfather Sebastiano bought a few acres of land on the volcanic slopes of the Euganean Hills.
Traditions handed down from father to son
Place of memories, silence and meditation, study and research, trial and testing, a synonym of preservation not only of the wines but also of the traditions handed down from father to son.
Wines of the Euganean Hills
Today Caferro covers an area of approx. 12 hectares of vineyards on the volcanic slopes of the hills, which give wines an important structure.
Among the international and native vines in Caferro, Fior d’Arancio stands out in its two greatest expressions of “passito” and “sweet sparkling wine”.
Among the red wines, Raboso shines: it has been cultivated in Caferro for 60 years and its elegance and grit are better enhanced by 6/7 months of drying and a year aging in barriques.
